Dear Mr.Ravish,
I am Jennifer(Hong Kong) from a victim of crime by Pakistan to be a Human Rights fighter for justice to all people in United Nations.
I have been being a lot of sufferings by Pakistan since 2004. This case indicates a gross violation of UNDHR for arbitrary arrest, unlawful detention, and enforced disappearance, violence against a woman, torture and inhuman treatment, racial and religious discrimination, deprivation of victim's rights . This all happened only because I filed a legal suit against fraudulent activities in Islamabad. Furthermore, I was victimized again – Pakistani criminals tried to take my life with a firearm in Islamabad, in 2005 – just because I fought for my dignity and fundamental rights in Pakistan.
If a government ignores social ethics, religious commandments, state Constitutions or even UN international Laws ,and just as a UN Human Rights Council member state like Pakistan can arbitrarily violate human rights of individuals without any punishment, the remark that “Everyone, everywhere enjoy human rights” by Ban Ki-moon, Secretary-General will become only an empty slogan. Who can tell the people there is JUSTICE in the world?
It is not only my matter and it is mainly concern with all people justice in this world.This is a justice and constant fight against evilness in the world and also it is a very good STORY of HR sample case for thousands across the world.
