God bless U. now is the time, we all the freelance journalists should know the budget expenditures of every department and ministries including their subordinate organizations under their specific major head and sub-heads and to find out the irregularities in spending government money and the annual expenditure there of. I can feed better idea on it as i was a gazetted officer under government of India ministry of urban development. though i am getting pension, i want to fight for journalists for pension. i will prepare draft shortly.
