What ever happened with Dr. Rajesh Talwar thats definitely not right , but as media is mentioning Utsav Sharma the psychopath , thats not actual. As we are analyzing, he is a sensible guy who could not maintain reasoning of the mind. He has done the same thing what many of us keep speaking but never dare to do in real life.
