Have you done anything lately for a smile??

As I rack my brains to find out what have I done recently to bring out someone's smile , not a polite and superficial one but a heart warming and a genuine widening of one's mouth - I come to the conclusion, Zilch. I have to give up because beside my son who smiles anyways....for the smallest of things I say....I haven't really been able to get any smiles from anyone - (I mean 'really from the heart' one).
