Complete absence of followup counseling for 2nd line ART clients at STM, Kolkata
Dear Forum,In consecutive three months( April, May, June) I failed to found anyfollowup counseling for the 2nd line clients, when I attended STM,Kolkata to collect my 2nd line ARD.From April what I am observing and experiencing that It has become apermanent practice like whenever any 2nd line ART clients attain ARTCenter on Friday they are directed to meet Social Workers at Virologyout door.Those Social Workers just maintain our treatment records just checkour body weight( sometimes they direct…See More

Constant tortures and persistent struggles for dignity and justice have made me realize that the key to individuals’ freedoms, rights, justice and peace depends on whether the state leader can abide by the Charter of the United Nations or not, and implement the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
How can we let moral ethics, religious commandments, state constitutions or the UN Charter restore their power over evilness, crimes or terrorism for world peace?
This case can provoke the people of the world to unite and fight for their inherent and inalienable rights. Alone the ability is limited, but together they will become invincible for their Freedoms and Rights as well as for World Justice and Peace. We need unite together for the world and prevent Jennifer’s tragedies from happening to anyone of Indians and people in the world.
As being a victim,I have been suffered a lots since 2004. I really understand how hard of the life and it is very difficult for victims to have a right channel for their justice. That's why I never give up it and set up NGO to promote Human Rights and fight for justice to the world. Therefore,here is a real platform to victims for justice. As being a victim,I have been suffered a lots since 2004. I really understand how hard of the life and it is very difficult for victims to have a right channel for their justice. When I was in danger in Pakistan, God had saved my life many times with miracles. I strongly believe that God gives me a life mission to me for struggle justice to all people in this world. I am Jennifer(Hong Kong) from a victim of crime by Pakistan to be a Human Rights fighter for justice to all people in United Nations. I have been being a lot of sufferings by Pakistan since 2004. This case indicates a gross violation of UNDHR for arbitrary arrest, unlawful detention, and enforced disappearance, violence against a woman, torture and inhuman treatment, racial and religious discrimination, deprivation of victim's rights and a murder attempt against my life by shooting..
If a government ignores social ethics, religious commandments, state Constitutions or even UN international Laws ,and just as a UN Human Rights Council member state like Pakistan can arbitrarily violate human rights of individuals without any punishment, the remark that “Everyone, everywhere enjoy human rights” by Ban Ki-moon, Secretary-General will become only an empty slogan. Who can tell the people there is JUSTICE in the world?
It is not only my matter and it is mainly concern with all people justice in this world.This is a justice and constant fight against evilness in the world and also it is a very good HR sample case for thousands across the world.
