I don't know why you are posting same comment into everyone's profile. But my answer to your question is this:

"We (everyone) are responsible for this mess." We all are responsible in one way or other... And according to the facts by world bank, India is not the only country with such a huge amount of income inequality... You can't do away this greed for money, power... But what you can do is to make these disadvantaged people to become greedy too!

When they become greedy...they would start demanding their rights...they would start fighting for the share of profit pie that they deserve. And they would throw out those people out of the society who think of only their own profit!
