We will let Indian people realize our global UDHR promotion concerns their human rights, their security and their happy life which are greatly influenced by the state leaders, not only of Indian government, but mostly of Pakistani government.
In the section of War/Terrorism http://www.worldpeaceelite.org/UNResolutionsagainstWars.php, we use The Indian Independence Act 1947 to tell the fact.
If Pakistani state leaders have honored the UN Charter, implemented Indian Independence Act 1947 and respected human rights, there would have not had
1. Pakistani invasion of Kashmir in 1947
2. four Indo-Pak wars with heavy casualties and huge economic losses;
3. hostile confrontations and arms races between Pakistan and India over 60 years;
4. Pakistani terrorist attacks on 7/11 Mumbai train bombings and 26/11 Mumbai series attacks.
A small evil-decision by Pakistani state leaders has caused the massacres and disasters to the innocent people. Kashmir invasion has resulted in four Indo-Pak wars which cultivated the hatred between two countries for years and for generations. This is why WPEA stresses the appeal to the United Nations to set up mechanism for the state leaders to observe the Charter and implement the UDHR.
Anyone should are clear that promoting the UDHR is for his security, for his family unity, for his country prosperity and for the world harmony. WPEA has set up the platform for the people to make a bit of contribution to such a noble cause.

I am Jennifer(Hong Kong) from a victim of crime by Pakistan to be a Human Rights fighter for justice to all people in United Nations. I have been being a lot of sufferings by Pakistan since 2004.We should unite together in order to prevent such tragedy from happening to others. This case indicates a gross violation of UNDHR for arbitrary arrest, unlawful detention, and enforced disappearance, violence against a woman, torture and inhuman treatment, racial and religious discrimination, deprivation of victim's rights and a murder attempt against my life by shooting.. It is not only my matter and it is mainly concern with all people justice in this world.This is a justice and constant fight against evilness in the world and also it is a very good HR sample case for thousands across the world.
If a government ignores social ethics, religious commandments, state Constitutions or even UN international Laws ,and just as a UN Human Rights Council member state like Pakistan can arbitrarily violate human rights of individuals without any punishment, the remark that “Everyone, everywhere enjoy human rights” by Ban Ki-moon, Secretary-General will be an empty slogan. Who can tell the people there is JUSTICE in the world?
