I am Jennifer from Hong Kong. My story is about a victim of crime by Pakistan to be a Human Rights fighter for justice to all people in United Nations. I have been being a lot of sufferings by Pakistan since 2004.We should unite together in order to prevent such tragedy from happening to others. This case indicates a gross violation of UNDHR for arbitrary arrest, unlawful detention, and enforced disappearance, violence against a woman, torture and inhuman treatment, racial and religious discrimination, deprivation of victim's rights and a murder attempt against my life by shooting.. It is not only my matter and it is mainly concern with all people justice in this world.This is a justice and constant fight against evilness in the world and also it is a very good HR sample case for thousands across the world.
If a government ignores social ethics, religious commandments, state Constitutions or even UN international Laws ,and just as a UN Human Rights Council member state like Pakistan can arbitrarily violate human rights of individuals without any punishment, the remark that “Everyone, everywhere enjoy human rights” by Ban Ki-moon, Secretary-General will be an empty slogan. Who can tell the people there is JUSTICE in the world?
If Pakistani state leaders have honored the UN Charter, implemented Indian Independence Act 1947 and respected human rights, there would not have many WARS between India and Pakistan from 1947- NOW!
I take it as my life mission to promote Human Rights for world peace. I’ll never give up the Appeal to prevent tragedies like mine happening to anyone in the world.
