Such types of cases are happening all over India,but not coming to picture. What will be the fate of poor girls, those who have been tortured to death, and no body for them to raise voice. We know that all the Officers and employees of government are public servant. We are the general member of public. So they are our servants. But we people fear them to call by their names over phone. Why? talk directly with the officers after obtaining their telephone numbers from their web site.

अपराधी चाहे कितना बड़ा ही क्यों ना हो उसको संरक्षण नही मिलना चाहिए उस पर राजनैतीक दल एवं शाशकीया मशीनरी दोनो ने ही चिंतन करना चाहिए देश मैं एक नही अनेक रुचिकाओ की मौत हो चूकी हैं

'नेट' के एक कोने में हम चर्च करते रहेंगे. यह हमारी त्रासदी है. पूर्व डीजीपी एसपीएस राठौड़ को कड़ी सजा मिलनी चाहिए, तभी सार्थकता होगी. देखे, क्या होता है. चर्चा हो रही है, यह तो अच्छी बात है. परिणाम तक पहुचे तो और अच्छा लगे. दूसरे पुलिस वाले तो सबक लेंगे. अगर ले सके तो...गिरीश पंकज

रुचिका मामले में हरियाणा सरकार की कथनी और करनी में फर्क बुधवार को खुलकर सामने आ गया। उसे रुचिका के परिवार का दर्द शायद नजर ही नहीं आता। तभी तो सरकार रुचिका के गुनहगार एसपीएस राठौर को फिर राहत देने की कोशिश में जुट गई है। कोर्ट ने राठौर की गिरफ्तारी पर रोक लगाने से इनकार कर दिया लेकिन सरकार ने पूरा इंतजाम कर दिया है कि फिलहाल राठौर सलाखों के पीछे ना जाएं। सरकार ने अब एक कमेटी बनाने का ऐलान किया है जो एक हफ्ते में रुचिका मामले की जांच रिपोर्ट सौंपेगी।

सरकारी संकेत बिल्कुल साफ हैं। कोर्ट ने एक जनवरी तक राठौर की गिरफ्तारी का रास्ता खुला छोड़ दिया लेकिन अब सरकारी फरमान के बाद इसमें मुश्किल हो सकती है। तर्क साफ है कि जब तक कमेटी की रिपोर्ट नहीं आती तब तक गिरफ्तार करने की जरूरत क्या है।

कमेटी को आईजी शत्रुजीत कपूर हेड करेंगे और एक हफ्ते में अपनी रिपोर्ट देंगे। दोषी पाए जाने पर राठौर को गिरफ्तार भी किया जाएगा। कमेटी में पंचकुला के एसपी भी होंगे। वही एसपी जिन्होंने मंगलवार को राठौर के खिलाफ दो FIR दर्ज करवाईं। और राठौर की गिरफ्तारी के आधार की पहले से ही जांच कर रहे हैं तो समझना मुश्किल नहीं कि नई कमेटी से हरियाणा सरकार क्या करवाना चाहती है। -this is news published in ibnkhabr.com.
