Throwing pagadi of a Sikh gentle man comes under the purview of human rights Protection Act. Pankaj Singh & Ram Kumar are have violated the human rights i.e. religious spirit of Sikhism of that Sikh gentle man. Even, the person concerned can simple write to an application in Hindi addressing to the Delhi State Human Rights Commission mentioning the name of two fellows, who have thrown his pagadi. It is a matter of regret. Mr. Pandey seems to be a gentle Advocate. He may also help,if he resides at delhi. I am also an Advocate,but I am from Orissa. Unless and until I am authorized through a "Vakalatnama", how can I help? God bless U.

hello its important and to be highlighted. Such a incident happend at Himachal on wayto Manikaran Sahib, near Bhim pullt two Bus Drivers were drowned and lost their lives,due to negigace of the authorities no one careing such a incidents as Governer of Himachal already Ordered for several but nothing done yet, really in this i want everyone to see deeply and some positve has to be done as several peoples are loosing our lives on regular basis. deep investigation is required in this matter, Thanks.
