Jurisdiction of court is like that of constructor of a building which has either perfection or many defects. The final word of posterity is dependent upon the skill and calibre of builder who may heartily desire to build up it like expert builders with architectonic virtues to amend or/and add some material both by method and uniformity and if the structure itself does not found ventilation for the want of windows and lake of sufficient light or other deficiency in the architecture, whatsoever, then to demolish the existing structure, only than we may blessed the amending hand as if the trumpet idea gives an uncertain sound who shall prepare himself to the battle?  Likewise justice should speak by tongue, word easy to understood, otherwise how a common man will understand and know what is spoken, if the justice shall be spoken into the air? There should not be such short sentences as we may forget the use of verbs which may reconcile the idea into action.

“The play is done : the curtain drops slow falling to the prompter’s bell. A moment yet the actor stops and looks around, to say farewell. The approving audience gives him cheer. He bows to them and says his say. Yet down his cheek there falls a tear from him. This is the ending of his days.”

Fragrances are more hypnotic , music more inspiring , food tastes better and the sense of touch is more intense. This is all because of human Aura, which is extending an outlining the head and body through spiritual cult  in the form of twinkle blue, pale or gold and glitters through etheric world.               The Hon’ble the Chief Justice and his Lordships other companion Judges of the aforesaid Court.

               The humble writ petition of the abovenamed petitioner MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH AS UNDER;

 

1. That the full facts and circumstance of the case are given in accompanied writ petition, it is most respectively prayed that an ad-interiem-mandamus by appointing a facts finding committee for exposing the falsehood of the Arceaological department regarding the historical blunder committed by them in respect of their purported claim set-up in declaring Taj-Mahal, Red- fort Agra, Fatahpur –Sikiri and other ancient Hindu buildings/ monuments as Muslim monuments and truth may be disclosed to the public/citizens and students in subject of history regarding their true authorship prior to Mughal period  in furtherance of their fundamental rights conferred to the Citizens under Article 19 (1) (a), 25 and 26 read with49 and 51-A(f) (h) of Constitution of India and Freedom Of Information Act, 2002.
2. That it is further prayed that an ad-interim-Mandamus directing the respondent authorities after due Scientific investigation and facts finding inquiry report, the respondents in particular the Archaeological Survey of India may Declare and Notify in terms of the true history, as the Taj Mahal was not built by Shahajahan and thereby directing the Archaeological Survey of India to remove the notices displayed by them in the Taj Mahal premises crediting Shahjahan as its creator and to futher desist from writing / publishing / proclaiming / propagating and teaching about Shahjahan being the author of Taj Mahal and stop and discontinue the free entry in Taj Mahal premises on Fridays  in the week.
3.  That it is further prayed that an ad-interim mandamus directing the respondent authorities in particular Archaeological Survey of India 1)-to open the locks of upper and lower portions of the 4 storeyed red stone building of Taj Mahal having numbers of rooms, 2)-to remove all bricked up walls build later blocking such rooms therein, 3)-to investigate scientifically and certify that  which of those or both cenotaphs are fake,4)-to look for a subterrance storey below the river bank ground level, 5)-to look into after removing the room-entrance directly beneath the basement cenotaph-chamber.6)- by removing the brick and lime barricade flocking the doorway, 7)-to look for important historical evidence such as idols and inscriptions hidden inside there by the  Shahjahan’s orders as truth may not make us rich but the same will make us free from superstitions and false propoganda.
4.  That it is further prayed that an ad-interim-mandamus may further be issued  declaring  the provisions of The Ancient And Historical Monuments And Archaeological Sites And Remains (Declaration Of National Importance) Act, 1951 to the extend of declaring the ancient and historical monuments and other and Archaeological Sites namely Taj Mahal. Fatehpur-sikiri, Agra Red Ford , Ethmadualla and other Monuments as built by Mugal invaders allegedly  on the basis of report submitted by Then Governor General, Lord Auckland, and young lieutenant Alexander Cunningham conceived indigenous scheme of “Divide and Rule”  and thereby misusing the archaeological studies, be declared as ultravires to Article 19 (1) (a), 25,26 49 And 51-A (f) (h)constitution of India and this Hon’ble Court may futher declare  the provision of   Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains (Declaration of National Importance) Act, 1951 (71 of 1951), The Ancient Monuments And Archaeological Sites And Remains Act, 1958  of declaring these ancient building/ monuments preserved with such false graeyards identity with out any scientific inquiry/ investigation as purported Mugal  monuments / graveyards as unconstitutional and void.
5.  That it is further prayed that an ad-interim mandamus on the basis of the Research Conducted by the petitioner No.-2 as published in the different books written by him as referred in earlier paragraphs namely 1. World Vedic Heritage, 2. The Tajmahal is a Temple Place, 3.Some Blunders of Indian Historical Research, 4. Flowers Howlers, 5. Learning Vedic Astrology, 6. Some Missing Chapters of World History, 7. Agra red Fort is a Hindu Building, 8.Great Britain was Hindu Land, 9. The Taj Mahal is Tejomahalaya a Shiva Temple, 10.Who Says Akbar was Great, 11. Vedic Guide to Health, Beauty, Longevity and Rejuvenation, 12. Islamic Havoc in Indian History Published by-HINDI SAHITYA SADAN 2, B. D. Chambers, 10/54 D. B. Gupta Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005, and the truth may be exposed through Scientific inventions and temperaments to the Citizen/ Students of history by conducting the research/ excavations of the remains of Hindu monuments by the Central Government surroundings to all such Hindu Palace/ temple and other ancient archaeological building/ Monuments as the incidents like demolition of disputed structure at Ayodhya may not be repeated resulting in mass destruction of the public property shacking of public confidence under Rule Of Law in the society; Or and Any other Direction, Which this Hon’ble Court May deem fit in the circumstances of the case

Success is not a destination that you ever reach, it is quality of your journey. Thus let us begin for its search. The search of human being to find out the omni potent power governing them from immortal time and in this process the spiritual religious commitments have started amongst the different communities of the members in this universe. It is true that the fear psychosis on account of natural calamity became the necessity to discover the un-sort mysterious inquisitiveness amongst the mind of people. In this process since the theory of evaluation has given to every living creature to carve out their physical existence in order to coup up with the requirement to face adverse circumstances. Thus according to geographical and the environmental impact upon a particular species of the animal the body flexibility provided them the sprite of tolerant and resistance on every one slough of the nature. The hurricanes provided an impact upon individual to worship the storm and likewise the rainy water have given them an inspiration to worship the God of rainy water, the fire in the forest have compel the men to worship the goddess of fire.  Thus they have started worshiping the Air, Water and Fire and also to the Earth.

      The growth of the vegetables and the protective animals who became friendly to the existence of human being were again being considered to be ingredients of the symbolic respect and by the gradual process of the time the medicinal quality vegetables and the animal protecting their harvest became the symbol of worship like Pipal, Banana, Mango, Bargad amongst the plants, while Snake, Monkey, Rat and other auspicious symbol of worship as being associated with the different goddess. The omni potent God was supreme and thereafter they have started worshiping the symbolic resemblance to the life and ultimately from amongst the different type of the substance providing terror striking resemblance were start in the form of deities. The natural spring with hot water in the cold atmosphere became the places of worship where the deities were start to attract the people amongst the Hindu Dharma i.e. Ayurvedic and culture. The symbolic representation to the five elements of the nature i.e. FIRE, WATER, AIR, EARTH AND the HORRISION was considered to have been controlled by the 5 different organs namely liver, kidney, lung, heart and brain respectively. Thus for having a coordination with an individual person resembling the symbolic adherence to the life, that individual was ultimately became an ingredient of the society and finally a part of universal phenomenon. His conscience became the steadfast wisdom for thought meditation in the search of the religion.

It is apology for taken up the issue which is not attributed for another’s loss, nor it generates the malice against any one, but it is in order to safe-guard our own interest. It is neither in reconciliation, nor in compromise, but the protection is needed from all the side. Dignity of any sentiments may not be affected as one may excuse himself, but the order of the prayer is for uplifting the cordial principle of nature.  See this world in a grain of sand, a heaven in a wild grown up flower, infinity in the palm of your rainbow and eternity in the few hours of journey of life. This is the steadfast wisdom and a thought meditation, which may survive this universe from the external aggression of falsehood. 

  By the gradual passage of time when the nature during the peaceful resemblance has provided certain instrumental phenomenon of vise culture on the place of worship to its pilgrimage, the beating of drum like that of falling of avlench, the extinction of glassier and conversion of same to the water and also glowing of the Air from between the row of tree has given the sound of Mridang, Shankh-dhwani and also to the bell sound. Thus the worship started by constructing the temple and having recital of instrumental music became the rituals and custom in the society.

   Subsequently the Protestants have started its analysis on the basis of logical perceptions an they have started denouncing the existence of nature as the supreme power in the advent of religious dogma and spiritual inclination. It is learnt that initially on the principles of live and let live and doctrine of non-violence the Jainism started who have given preeminence to worship the preacher of the religious fundamentals. Thus phenomenon of individual worship begins and by the beginning of Buddhist religion the individualistic trend for the attainment of spiritual enlightenment became the perception of Buddhist ideological phenomenon. Once the people have given up their arms, they were attacked and were perished by aggressors.  During this period there became many sect and segmentations to have the worship to the individual person representing to their ideological as well as to their caste superiority. The advent of lord Rama as symbol of sacrifice and worshiping of lord Krishna as symbol of righteousness deed became symbol of worshiping to the different pilgrimage at the particular location situation on the auspicious blessing. Subsequently the religious master have taken the undue advantage of the bonafide fellowship of the individual conscience as prospectus of their earning from the place of worship. Thus the Hindu religion was converted to the business assignment. Few become the religious master, while the other remained as their followers. Ultimately the good sense prevalent the beginning was converted on account of having the carnal desire of pleasure and money power as a predominating phenomenon inside the Vadic spirituality.

   At this moment Christianity and Islam emerged as that of a political agenda to rule over the world through their religious perception. Christianity was basically meant fro providing certain hypothetical blessing if the individual tends to get a faith in Chris as Son of God. The other aspect in Christianity became a predominating desire to protect the Catholic preaching of the rhyme through Bible, which was a symbol of extreme dedication, but by winning over the sentiments of people the Catholic Christianity started exploitation of sentiments of people and thereafter the protestants begin.

    At this juncture Mohammad proclaimed himself to be the prophet who will abolish the discrimination between one individual by another individual. The universal religion will be one and that could only be adhered with when one may starts acting upon the preaching given by his prophet that will be the source of preaching upto the almighty power. In the process of achieving the aforesaid objectives those who were worshiping the idols and any another individual as that of their god was required to be eliminated in order to bring peace on this universe. There will be no one superior as to make a command upon other except the preaching of prophet Mohammad. Prophet Mohammad has said during his lifetime became compilation of religious book known as Quran while his action became the perception of the truth amongst his followers. There is only one almighty and to became conversant with him is to follow the preaching of Quran. Gradually two sets one the basis of the hierarchical superiority and on the time of succession became two prominent communities amongst Muslim also known as Sunni and Siyas. Now roughly there is again 1460 sets amongst the Muslim religion. The sex became a predominating factor for unification of its followers and ultimately in order to pacify this carnal desire of sex, greed and the money power, violence became an instrument to achieve its gospel a Darul-e-Islam. It has also justified the use of the deceptiveness and betray of the confidence as the means to achieve its purpose. The property including women of the people worshiping other religion became the property of the people worshiping Islam. Thus the unprecedented War and terrorizing the people in order to achieve their mission as the religious commitment became a political agenda under Muslim religion that conversion of the people following other religion namely Hindu, Buddhist and Christians became the order of the time during Mughal empire in India.

      The crust of this article comprises many aspects emerged inside there as that of the distinction between God and Nature, spiritualism and religion, Dharm and religion, religion and dogma and lastly religion as a political agenda. However, the repercussion are still required to be taken into consideration by every bother Muslim adhering the preaching of the Islam i.e. as Muslim visualizes that what would have been compelling circumstances to my forefathers as to adhere to some proclaimed religious agenda with political forecitness to concur my own country by adhering to the Muslim religion. How much sacrifice and the torture would have been suffered by my forefathers when they were succumbed to get the adherence for prophet Mohammad as the guiding force to Islam. This factor gives me some introspection. Thus by this article I as a Muslim in the present time pray for having a similar feeling of retrospective amongst my other brothers Muslims fellow citizens.

    No body in the world may survive on the perceptions of the violence. Sex is a disease which parishes an individual. Terror strikes back upon the people terrorizing other. There is no god except a Sino minus to your own life. Thus there is neither heaven on the 7^th floor of the sky, nor human being may survive to enjoy the sex and illusionary perceptions. The adherence to a Dharma may survive a society while the religion is individualistic which is not Sino minus to the spiritualism. Thus the religious adherence as a political agenda is th severest crime committed amongst the fellow citizens who have got an adherence to the principles of ‘live and let live’ respect every individual and doctrine of non-violence. Thus Muslim may not remain lying inside the well within the desert and behave like a frog without considering the largest fraction of the truth emerged in the other religious ideology.

   The worst amongst the Muslim is the Guruwani under the shaitanik verses if sacrificing their own sons what has come through the illusionary perception to prophet Mohammad is not the truth to sacrifice the innocent animals. Halal and preaching of Halal from the childhood as to extract the blood from body of animal creature and further to act the same process upon the non-believer of prophet Mohammad, is the heinous act of lumatic ideology. When all the animals will be killed and the entire vegetation due to dis-balance of ecology shall vanished, will the Muslim eat the concrete and sand. If you distract the place of worship why you worship a grave in which the caricature of human being was lying, but has perished through some insect.

    The blood generates the diseases, which is fallen upon the earth. It produces mosquitoes to which human being may not kill through any pesticide. It produces certain insect having the counter productivity as their resistance power and they start eating, infecting, shrinking the skin of every Muslim and he became the victim of the disease and dies at age of 55 to 65 years of age as an average age of Muslim. The adhelarry is generated when you kill any animal through Halal (Slow killing) and this adhelarry is poured inside body of a Muslim, as he became HIV positive. Thus after enjoying sex on account of Khatna for some time, the productive organ of male Muslim became an instrument which behave like a razor as to multiply the reconchological problem amongst the Muslim women. These Muslim women are sedomised as Hurrey (Young boys) are sedomised by the Muslim preachers. Thus to follow the religion of Islam based upon the preaching of sex and violence may lead to the self extinction of its own race if the nature and environment ecological cycle is not protected by given away the festival of Bakra-id and religious dogma of heaven on 7^th sky. Let us think that this country, which was known as Golden Bird, was invaded by the followers of Islam, but still you the Muslim is getting the shelter, protection and the privilege by fellow citizen in this great nation. You inject the stiny of scorpion and ultimately you generate the venom through shake bite and thereafter you want to shallow every Hindu like a Python, but Hindu does not hate you they proved you a Madarsha to preach against them. You offer Namaz on the streets, but they never object it. Are you thinking that you are immortal and never be concurred, but think of those Hindus who after many invasion and even after living under the Mughal emperor by continuing to remain as a Jimmi and paying you the Jakat have still not started killing you by counter insurgencies and terrorizing the Muslims. You may see by your open eyes that what is going on as the mythem of death on land of Pakistan in Lal Masjid episode and in Benazir procession.
