I APPRECIATE THE CONTENTS OF MR. JOGESH SAXENA. OUR HINDUS ARE BETRAYING US AND JOINING THEIR HANDS WITH CONGRESS FOR POSITIONS AND POWERS. SOME OF THE HINDUS OF THE CONGRESS PARTY SUPPORT HINDUISM. YOU CAN RECALL THE COMMENTS OF P.CHIDAMBARAM ABOUT THE CLOTHES OF SADHUS AND MAHARISHIS OF INDIA. A HINDU MINISTER IS BLAMING OUR HIND DEVOTEES AND RISHIS AND MAHARSHIS AS CRIMINAL. IS IT TOLARABLE? You have a full right to give or decline help, come in support or refusc and not join the protestation against ‘Nyaay Moortis’ for their highly objectionable remark insulting and reviling one of our most worshipped Deities in their judgement.

Everyone has a constitution provided right and privilege to think, believe and act as he liked or found useful and convenient to forward and serve his or his organisation’s interests. The same is the case with you.

But, Sir, the question here was whether it was proper, becoming, justifiable and fair for them -- these Nyaay Moortis -- to declare the new-found term and come-into-practice way of life of the modernists: the so called ‘living in partnership’ with one of the opposite sex as husband and wife indulging in an obnoxious, licentious life of immoral sexual avtivities -- a life held as highly disgustful and taboo in the Hindu Society -- without having gone through any religious or civil ceremony of marriage in utter rebellion to its social and religious norms -- and in so doing, naming and citing as an example the name of Bhagawan Shri Krishna and Bhagavati Shri Radha Rani as a proof of its being prevalent, in consonance with Dharma, and an accepted ancient Hindu practice and way of life.
Arya Samaji Bandhus do not accept Avataras. They, therefore, deny His Bhagavatta, His Bhagavathood; but nevertheless do profess that He WAS a Mahaa Yogee, a Maha Yogeshwara.

From theat angle of view too, can this be accepted, and in any way justified? Is THIS what Yoga is, and what it teaches? -- We mean, to live in such partnerships and lead a life of that sort abominable and sickening utter promiscuity?
Satiristically -- and sarcastically -- you have added this comment also in which you said: “If you wish to unite Hindus on the basis of Krishna as your GOD on the basis of Bhagwat, such Krishna alone should come to your help.”

This was very saddening and painful to read, Sir, as it had come from one who counted himself as and one of the Aryas. How could this have been possible; how could this have been believable; and how could a person with such a name and title could be so brazen, insolent and hurtful to the sentiments and feelings of those who were his elder brothers and fellow Vedics? How could he have demeaned and so slighted a worshipped deity of theirs?

Arya is said to be one who is a ‘mahaakula kuleena sajjana saadhavah’. Certainly, he cannot; -- nay, he can never -- be like that; and do that. How did you? How could YOU be so inconsiderate, insolent, slighting and insulting of a personality your own parent body respectfully refers and addresses as Mahaa Yogeshvara?

We would beg to lay down here, Sir, that all Hindus, irrespective and regardless of their being Vaishnavas, Shaivas, Shaaktas, Gaanpatyas or Sauryas, are already united -- have BEEN united and stayed united -- for millenniums in the past with Krishna and Radha Rani as one of their Deities and grounds, factor and basis of it. They all respect, regard and bow before Shrimad Bhaagvatam as well, considered by all the devoties as the text book, the reference book and king of Bhakti granthas.
Below person and many others fail to undersand bhagavaan krishna.
Krishna, the puurNa purushottama, needs to be understood from his great devotees and the vaishnav aacharyas (ramanuj, madhva, nimbarka, chaitanya,and vallabha). KrishNa needs to be understood from Gita translation by, say, bhakit-vedanta swami prabhupad - bhagavad gita as it is, asitis.com.
The vaishnav vedic authoriteis say that we need to do what krishna says, and not do what He did. Because, God is full of all the six opulences and infinite power, and we are limited in our abilies.
But, we can do what Rama did. He was a maryaadaa purushottama and gave an exampe how an ideal king, husband, son, brother, etc could behave.

To think that Radha is an imaginary thing is washes away the vedic techings. It does not help.
Ask Mira, or Chaitanya, or Tukara, etc if Radha was imaginary; ask anyone in Vrindavan if Radha is imaginary. The answer youwill get is no.
We need vedic unity to serve or globl vedic interests, and therefore there is no need to put downa any vedic sampradaya or faith.

My effort is to unite the vedics against the anti-vedic forces. if this is not aprecited in this group, then let me know.

उच्चतम न्यायालय ने विवाहपूर्व यौन सम्बन्धों और सहजीवन की वकालत करने वाले लोगों के माफिक व्यवस्था देते हुए कहा कि किसी महिला और पुरुष के बगैर शादी किए एक साथ रहने को अपराध नहीं माना जा सकता।

प्रधान न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति केजी बालकृष्णन, न्यायमूर्ति दीपक वर्मा और न्यायमूर्ति बीएस चौहान की पीठ ने कहा, ‘दो बालिग लोगों का एक साथ रहना आखिर कौन सा गुनाह है। क्या यह कोई अपराध है? एक साथ रहना कोई गुनाह नहीं है। यह कोई अपराध नहीं हो सकता।’ न्यायालय ने कहा कि यहां तक कि पौराणिक कथाओं के मुताबिक भगवान कृष्ण और राधा भी साथ-साथ रहते थे।

उच्चतम न्यायालय ने कहा कि सहजीवन या विवाहपूर्व यौन सम्बन्धों पर रोक के लिए कोई कानून नहीं है।

न्यायालय ने यह व्यवस्था दक्षिण भारतीय अभिनेत्री खुशबू की विशेष अनुमति याचिका पर सुनवाई के दौरान अपना फैसला सुरक्षित करते हुए दी है।

All of us know daily occurrences of Jihadi terrorism, Islamic homicide bombing, beheading of innocent kafirs, and organized, repetitive, regular and predictable slaughter of Muslims by Shias and Sunnis in the name of Allah. In recent months we have seen Islamic bloodshed, mass murder, beheading, and homicide bombing in all countries with substantial number of Muslims. We have seen Muslims on a murder march shouting "Allah Akbar" in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Georgia, India, Philippians, Sudan and Chechnya. These are not a phenomena defined by the news media. Our judgments of reality based on daily occurrences tell us more about Islamic terrorism. Indeed, we take these destructive events for granted. Beneath all the pictures and the prose on Jihadi terrorism and Islamic violence, we are still struggling to understand what is going on in the name of Islam. With all the freedom to discuss the subject of Jihadi terrorism, intellectuals on the far left and on the far right (anti-Zionists) are holding on to vague ideas about why Muslims resort to terrorism. They are ready to parade and promote bogus theories of economic deprivation, lack of education, and political interferences. 50 years before Independence, a 100 years ago, India was one of the largest ship building countries in the world. The "modern era" began with the building of a dry dock at Bombay about 1750; a second was erected in Calcutta about 1780. During Shivaji's reign, as per estimates, more than 300 ships of 300 tons capacity were launched. The Wadias alone built more than 350 ships - during 1735-1863 170 war vessels for the East India Company, 34 man-of-war defence vessels for the British Navy, 87 merchant vessels for private firms, and three vessels for the Queen of Muscat at Bombay docks. In 1872, Jamshedji Wadia, from a Parsi ship-building family, constructed the "Cornwallis", a frigate with 50 guns, bought by the East India Company. This led to several orders from the English Navy.
