Respected Sir,

I, AJAY GUPTA (Managing Editor – Tricity Express, Panchkula), have applied for N.O.C. in Munciple Corporation Office, Panchkula to register my unit – M/S MANGLA BROS., Panchkula (Green Energy Oriented Unit)
as a SSI Unit (Service Unit) with DIC, Panchkula on August 27, 2010. My unit is
promoting Green Energy (Solar/ Wind/ Energy Efficiency and Water Treatment
Solutions and Products) which will help in reducing Global Warming and also
promoted by Indian Government on mass scale. A N.O.C. from M.C. is one of the mandatory
documents from D.I.C. to register SSI Unit. Even the Sectretary, M.C. Panchkula
has recommended my application to issue N.O.C.  The staff of M.C. Office, Panchkula is not
willing to issue N.O.C. Only God knows the status of common man.

May I come to know whether working in Media (Newspaper) is a Crime because Sarkari Jamai (Babu) works on ‘No Bribe? No Work!’
