Crimes happen anywhere in the world, but law should be honored, justice be held and criminals be punished. This is the basic requirement for social order and world peace.
My case is a global case study for human rights and justice in the world, because 4 countries and 5 governments have involved in my case, even plus the United Nations.
However, my human rights violations by Pakistani government officials have been verified by Pakistani High Court and National Police Bureau documents. Pakistani government never has any intention for five years to terminate the persecution and tortures against me; even I met and talked the Chairman of Pakistan Senate in their Parliament House in 2005, Advisor to Prime Minister, Director General of National Police in Pakistan….; I have Queen Elizabeth’s concern letter and UK Prime Ministers’ letters about my case; I have UK and Chinese governments to have delivered Diplomatic Notes to Pakistani government and I have handed files of my human rights violations to the Office of High Commissioner for Human Rights inside the United Nations. I have done a lot in 5 years to get my dignity and fundamental rights violated by Pakistani government.
If Jennifer Chim as a British/Chinese victim with solid evidence cannot get justice by Pakistani Constitution or UN international laws, who else can get justice in the world?

If a government ignores social ethics, religious commandments, state Constitutions or even UN international Laws and Resolutions and as well continues torturing a foreign non-Muslim female victim with a falsified criminal charge fabricated deliberately by its police, it is verified that Pakistan doesn’t know moral and evil or good and bad. Such kinds of the state leaders have no conscience anymore.
By UDHR, “All human beings are born free and equal, in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience.” Pakistani leaders have lost human basic nature and gone out of control of morals, religion, UN Charter or human conscience. They’re very dangerous like Adolf Hitler or Pol Pot for human rights, justice and world peace.
So as a UN member state like Pakistan can arbitrarily violate human rights of individuals without any punishment, the remark that “Everyone, everywhere enjoy human rights” by Ban Ki-moon, Secretary-General will be an empty slogan. Who can tell the people there is JUSTICE in the world?

We have to prevent Jennifer’s tragedies from happening to other innocent people in the world. That’s why I set up Voice of Victims to promote UDHR and appeal the United Nations to set up mechanisms for state leaders to know and to respect human rights.
All the people of the world should, must, have to Unite and fight for our freedoms and inherent and inalienable rights
In these two months, my group has been busy for upgrading website Voice of Victims. We plan to motivate more and more people in the world to promote UDHR for justice and peace in the world.
I hope we will co-operate and work together for such a great cause: Let our dream come true! Everyone, everywhere enjoy human rights.
