भारत के वीर युवाओं, देश के कर्णधार एवं मेरे प्रबुद्ध दोस्तों.. आज भारत की अधिकाँश जनता भ्रष्टाचार से निपटने में लगी है.. आम आदमी हो या फिर नेता, सभी अपने आप को साफ़ सुथरा बता रहे हैं और दूसरों को भ्रष्ट| और इसी के मद्देनज़र लोग एक दुसरे को sms कर अपने विचार एवं तजुर्बे को एक दुसरे से बाँट रहे हैं|
पर मुझे लगता है, और ये मेरा अपना मानना है, कि शायद लोग इन sms को बगैर सोचे समझे ही एक दुसरे के पास भेज रहे हैं| मेरे दोस्त कुछ भेजने से पहले उसके आशय को समझने की कोशिश करो और फिर उसे दूसरों से बाटो| इसी SMS भेजने की प्रक्रिया में मुझे भी एक SMS आया.. उस पर ज़रा ध्यान दें:

धन्यवाद विशाल जी, ग्रोवर जी .. कम से कम तुम्हें ये बात तो समझ आ गयी की लूट लो इंडिया फिल्म के financer "poor people of india" यानी देश की गरीब जनता ही है| यानी कि देश की गरीब जनता ही ज़िम्मेदार है इस फिल्म के प्रदर्शन के लिए और देश की गरीब जनता ने ही लूट लो इंडिया फिल्म के किरदारों को चुना है.. तो सोचो दोष किसका है.. ??
आप अपना रोष किस पर प्रकट करना चाहते हैं.. विशाल जी, ग्रोवर जी मेरा अपना ख्याल है ऐसी बातों के प्रचार से देश से भ्रष्टाचार ख़त्म होने वाला नहीं है.. यदि समझ सको तो इस नए फिल्म के निर्माण में जो भूमिका हमने दिखाई है वो आपके लिए निचे दे रहा हूँ.. इस पर गौर फरमाइए और यदि आप सच्चे देश भक्त हैं, वाकई में देश की उन्नति और प्रगति के लिए तत्पर हैं तो हमारी इस फिल्म के प्रचार प्रसार में जुट जाइये.. मुझे यकीन है और मैं पूरे विश्वास के साथ कह सकता हूँ कि ऐसा यदि हो जाये तो भ्रष्टाचार को मिटाने और हटाने की आवश्यकता ही नहीं पड़ेगी.. भ्रष्टाचार तो स्वतः स्वयं ही बोरिया बिस्तर लेकर भागती नज़र आएगी..

यथार्थ यह है कि बगैर रिश्वत कोई काम नहीं होता इसलिये अपना काम करवाने के लिये रिश्वत देना अपराध नहीं माना चाहिये। कानून में बदलाव कर सिर्फ़ रिश्वत लेने वाले को ही अपराधी मानकर कठोर दंड की व्यवस्था होनी चाहिये। वर्तमान कानून रिश्वत लेने वाले का बचाव करने वाला है।किसी ने स्वीकार किया कि मैने अमुक व्यक्ति को रिश्वत दी है तो तो देने वाला तो अपराधी हो ही गया जबकि लेने वाला इंकार कर देगा और उसकी लंबी अवधि की जांच चलती रहेगी।

Mere bhai, Achachi baat he ki aap madad karne ke liye tayyar he lekin sab kuch aisa nahi he.
Mera case issi bharstaachaar ke khilaaf maine 11 tak court me ladai ladi oor 02 July 2010 ko maine case jit bhi liya oor Defence Ministry ne abhi tak uss dicision ka implenemt nahi kiya. Jab maine 23 Feb 2011 ko RTI Application submit ki tab jakar usska implementation suru hua he. Maine shayad he koi NGO chooda hoga ussme ek aapka bhi hoga, even jo social workers badi-2 inaam le chuke he unko email bhi ki unke kahane par lekin kisi ne abhi tak too reply bheji nahi he. Aaj kal trend naya chala he ki "kaam sahi va kanoon ke tahat bhi he lekin insaan ke kai joodi jute tudva dete he thak-haar kar insaan kuhd hi kah de ki bhai kiya chahiye" ha me kuch nahi dunga yeh baat alag he lekin sab aap ya mere jaise nahi he.Ab mujhe contempt of court dalna padega oor iss case ka kharch bhi muje hi karna he lekin dusri side se to vah adhikaari paisa kharach nahi karega sarkaar ka kharcha hoga oor usse koi farak nahi padega. Isliye aadmi soocheta he ki jitna paisa court me kharach hoga uss se kam me kaam hoga oor samay bhi kam lagega. Aisa kuch ka maanena he jis kisi se maine yeh jikar kiya he.

Who are those Indians, who have deposited lakhs and lakhs crores of black money in swiss banks. Why they do fear to open accounts in Indian Banks. Sources said that the topper black money holder Mr. Nera Radia has four accounts in the UBS bank of swiss and the accumulated savings in four accounts in UBS Bank are Two lakhs,eightynine thousand nine hundred ninty(2,89,990 crores) and the second one is Rajiv Gandhi,who has sevev numbers of account in the said UBS Bank of Swiss and the accumulated savings in 7 accounts are one lakh,eightynine thousands crores(1,89000 crores). The third one is Naresh Goyel who has deposited one lakh,fourtyfive thousand & six hundreds crores(1,45,600 crores) in the bank of Centgallan AG of Swiss having 25 nos. of accounts. The fourth one is Mr. Harshad Meheta,Who have 13 accounts in the UBS AG Swiss Bank have deposited one lakh,thirty five thousands & eight hundred(1,35,800 crores). The other blak money holders like Mr. Probadha Meheta, Mr. Chintan Gandhi,Arun Meheta, Mr. M. Dhupelia have seven numbers of accounts(2+1+1+1+2) having accumulated deposit of (28,000 crores+1956 crores+2500 crores+9850 crores) in the LGT Bank of Swiss. Mr. Ramadev Pawan has one account in UBP bank having accumulated stock of 2500 crores and Mr. MK Stalin has 10 accounts in Altrnative Bank,ABS, Mr. A.Raja has 7800 crores in areal bank,AG having one account.Mr. SS Palanimaken has deposited 4800 crores in Rothschieled bank,AG having one account,where as Mr. Ketan Parikh has deposited 8200 crores in Bank Cop(AG) with five accounts. Mr. Paban singh Ghatawar has deposited 3908 crores with two accounts in Bank EkJenosenscantty. Rendevo sports world have deposited 29800 crores in Arugasche Kantonal Bank with five accounts,Mr. HD Kumar swamy has deposited 14,500 crores in Bank fray and co-AG with one account.Mr. CP Krishna Nayar has deposited 4,520 crores,where as Mr. Lalu Yadav has deposited 29,800 crores with two accounts in the bank of Banka Intermobileyanar & AKB Private Bank jurick respectively. Mr. Jyoti Ratidya Sindhia has deposited 9,000 crores in Bank EEK AG with 5nos of accounts,where as Mr. Kalanidhi Maran has deposited 15,000 crores in th bank of Clarioden lane(AG) with 15 nos of accounts. Mr. Karunanidhi has 35,000 crores in Boles Bank,Soba with 8nos of accounts and Mr. Sharad Power has deposited 28,000 crores with 4nos of accounts in alternative bank,ABS.
From which sources the above people collected so much amount from India or out side. Where are the problems,if the above black money are deposited in any nationalised bank of India? Who will raise voice in the parliament. What will be the monthly saving intrest of the above amount. The above amount relates to swiss bank only. But what about the deposit of other countries? When Indian youths are unemployed,public are fighting for their existence,how our Indian people are doing such criminal activities. As corrupt politiical people are inv olved,Government fears to investigate it because they do not want a corrupt free nation. They want money and power. So ghow can we say that Indian government is clean. Jamidari Pratha is still continuing. Mrs. Indira Gandhi has nationalised 28 public sector banks,which was a great achievement for her,but now government is trying to privatise the banks,it means it is a ant--gandhi policy for the vested intrest of the black money holders of swiss bank. From which source,they collected such vast amount should be investigated and also should be returned back to our own country for economy development instead of ruining our country. Hence, India needs second independence from such type of criminals to abolish the jamidari system and to follow the path of Mahatma Gandhi.

aapne bahut achha likha. rishvat dene ke dono karan bhi shayad theek hi ginaye... fir bhi .. maine apni income ka certificate prapt karna chaha to patwari ne mujh se paise mange... maine kaha bhai main to salaried person hoo.. aur bakayda income tax return bharta hoo... jo ye hai to usne kaha chai pani ke paise do... to theek nahi to sahab main janta hoo ki income kaise badhai jati hai... certificate aisa banega jo aapke kam hi nahi aayega.
dusra kissa... mere bete ka purs kahi girl gaya... usme ATM card, Credit Card, DL they. thane main gaya to matra 100 rupay mange gay sirf aapki application par mohar lagane ke... khoya paya main entry bhi wo nahi karte..
bataye main kaha galat tha.... halanki maine dono jagah paise nahi diya... parantu mujhe ye batlana pada ki bhai main PATRKAR kism ka jeev hoo...
